1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
All products sold through Fiecom are digital goods delivered instantly after purchase.
Due to the nature of downloadable or AI-generated digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Once a digital file, product page, or AI-generated item has been delivered or made available, you no longer have the right to request a refund or cancellation.
2. Seller Responsibility
Fiecom acts solely as a technology platform connecting buyers and independent sellers through Stripe Connect.
Each seller on Fiecom operates their own business and may have their own refund or customer support policy.
If you wish to request a refund, you must contact the seller directly using the contact information provided on their product page or within the purchase receipt.
Fiecom:
Does not issue refunds on behalf of sellers.
Is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any digital product.
Cannot intervene in refund disputes between a buyer and a seller.
3. Exceptions (Limited Cases)
Refunds may only be granted in the following rare cases:
The buyer was charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.
The purchased product was never delivered due to a verified system failure.
The transaction was determined to be fraudulent or unauthorized, confirmed by Stripe.
If your situation qualifies, please contact fiecomofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
We will review your request and, if approved, process the refund via Stripe within 10–14 business days.
4. Stripe Disputes and Chargebacks
All payment processing is handled by Stripe.
If a buyer initiates a dispute or chargeback through their bank or credit card provider:
Stripe will temporarily withhold the transaction amount.
The seller must provide proof of delivery or product access.
Stripe will determine the outcome according to their dispute resolution process.
Fiecom has no control over Stripe’s decisions and cannot overturn a chargeback.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Products created through Fiecom’s AI tools are automatically generated based on user prompts.
As such:
Content results may vary in quality, originality, and style.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs or creative results.
It is the seller’s responsibility to review and modify AI content before publishing or selling.
6. Unauthorized Purchases
If you suspect that a purchase was made without your authorization:
Immediately contact fiecomofficial@gmail.com with the transaction ID and email address used.
Notify your bank or credit card provider to prevent further unauthorized charges.
Fiecom reserves the right to block or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity.

If a refund is approved by the seller or Fiecom (in limited cases):
Refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method.
It may take 5–14 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Fiecom cannot guarantee the exact timing of funds appearing in your account.
8. Platform Fees
Platform fees, service charges, and Stripe transaction fees are non-refundable, even if a product refund is approved by a seller.
These fees cover the cost of hosting, processing, and AI infrastructure services.
9. EU Digital Goods Compliance
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, by purchasing a digital product on Fiecom, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right to withdraw once access or download has been provided.
This ensures compliance with the EU Digital Content Directive (EU 2019/770).
